On 15 May 2026, a traditional Gujarati Dayro programme held in Khambhaliya village of Junagadh district, Gujarat, drew attention after devotees showered large amounts of currency notes on folk and bhajan singer Kaviraj Jignesh during his live devotional performance. The event was organised under the Prayagraj Group as part of a Bhagavad Gyan Yagya programme, and folk artist Jayaraj Ahir, son of noted singer Mayabhai Ahir, was also present.
