A tragic accident occurred on the under-construction Ballabhgarh-Jewar Expressway in Haryana when a heavy crane overturned due to slippery conditions caused by rain. The incident resulted in the death of four laborers who were crushed under the machine while lifting girders for a flyover. Several other workers were injured.
