Doctors at AIIMS Bhubaneswar successfully performed a rare and complex two-stage surgery to remove a 7kg tumor from the arm of a 47-year-old woman from Baripada. The patient, a daily wage laborer, had been suffering for years, which severely restricted her mobility. The surgery involved advanced techniques like Ligasure to control bleeding and skin grafting from the tumor itself to reconstruct the affected area.
