In Adimari village under Tikabali police station in Kandhamal district, a 58-year-old man named Sudhir Pradhan was killed following a family dispute over asbestos. His younger brother Shrimukhi and nephew Naresh allegedly attacked him with a wooden stick while intoxicated on September 9th. After receiving initial treatment, his condition worsened, and he passed away while being transported to the Phulbani District Headquarters Hospital.
