Odia badminton player Tanvi Patri won the silver medal at the RSL Latvia International Badminton Tournament. She finished as the runner-up after losing the women's singles final to Hong Kong's Ip Sum Yau with a score of 14-21, 16-21. On her way to the final, she defeated opponents from Myanmar and Estonia.
