The Indian Coast Guard successfully rescued the cargo ship MV Seaspan from a potential sinking off the coast of Tiruchendur, Tamil Nadu. On June 27, water began flooding the ship's compartments, prompting an emergency call. The Coast Guard vessel ICGS Atulya reached the spot, deployed a specialized boarding team, and conducted emergency repairs while pumping out water. Due to timely intervention, all crew members remained safe and the ship was saved.
