Congress leader V.D. Satheesan is set to take oath as the new Chief Minister of Kerala following the UDF's victory in the assembly elections. After nearly a decade, the United Democratic Front returns to power, securing 102 out of 140 seats. Satheesan will lead a cabinet of 21 ministers, including senior leaders like Ramesh Chennithala. The oath-taking ceremony will be held at Central Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram on Monday. Satheesan met Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar on Sunday to submit his cabinet list.
