A shocking incident has come to light in Bhubaneswar's Dhauli area where a young woman was allegedly raped by her male friend. The victim, who stays in a hostel, was lured to a private hotel by the accused on some pretext. After reaching the hotel, the accused allegedly raped her against her will. Following the victim's complaint, the Dhauli police have initiated an investigation and conducted a medical examination for the victim.
