India has clarified that the Indus Waters Treaty with Pakistan will remain suspended until cross-border terrorism stops. Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal stated that India's position is clear and consistent due to Pakistan's ongoing support for terrorism. Meanwhile, development projects with Bangladesh, including the Teesta river project, will proceed according to mutually agreed roadmaps and regular reviews.
