The incident occurred on May 29 morning when the owner attempted to light the LPG stove, leading to a sudden fire. Eight people sustained severe burn injuries and were hospitalized in Vijayapura. The deceased have been identified as Basir Ahmed, Shakil Ahmed, and Rajkumar Gotagunaki.
