Mangaluru CCB police arrested 21-year-old Mohammad Ibrahim Sinan, alias Chinnu, in connection with the 'Tablet' Arif murder case. Sinan, the brother of rowdy-sheeter Toppi Nauphal, allegedly provided financial aid to the killers. Arif was murdered on March 27 on the Thokkottu flyover.
