A special PMLA court in Panchkula has rejected the bail plea of AAP leader Deepak Singla in a Rs 155 crore bank fraud and money laundering case involving Oriental Bank of Commerce. The ED alleged that Singla, the AAP Goa in-charge, played an active role in diverting funds through shell companies.
