Bilaspur police arrested two suspects, Pappu Shrivas and Subhash Dewangan, in a major crackdown against illegal drug trade. Sarkanda police recovered 3.92g of brown sugar, 7.50g of heroin, and 20 bottles of banned cough syrup valued at ₹2.72 lakh from Shrivas. Simultaneously, Mopka police seized 13 bottles of Onerex cough syrup from Dewangan near a grain market.
