President Droupadi Murmu has approved the appointment of five new judges to the Supreme Court. The list includes Chief Justices from four different High Courts—Bombay, Punjab & Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir—along with senior advocate V. Subramani Mohana. Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal shared the update on social media, noting that the appointments were made under Article 124(2) of the Constitution.
