A new train service (18407-18408) from Puri to Koraput via Kesinga, Sambalpur, and Titlagarh has been approved by the Ministry of Railways. This decision followed a request by Kalahandi MP Malvika Devi to Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw. The train will operate three days a week with 18 coaches.
