Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi conducted the 18th session of the public grievance hearing. Statistics reveal that 96% of the 14,651 direct complaints received at the CM's grievance cell have been resolved. At the district level, 92% of 2.40 lakh complaints were addressed by April. During today's session, over 600 applications were received, and the CM sanctioned financial medical aid worth 3.60 lakh for 13 patients and 2 lakh ex-gratia for an accident victim's family.
