Gujarat Police launched 'Operation Delta Hunt' targeting illegal immigrants across the state. A total of 362 illegal Bangladeshi nationals, including 103 men, 188 women, and 71 children, were arrested. Additionally, 782 suspects were detained for questioning. The highest number of arrests occurred in Ahmedabad city with 155 individuals. The operation involved over 30 teams from the Crime Branch and Special Operations Group, following a meeting led by Deputy CM Harsh Sanghavi.
