Odisha Livelihoods Mission (OLM) has signed an MOU with IIT Bhubaneswar to support rural women entrepreneurs with business consulting, technical aid, and market linkage. Under the Start-up Village Entrepreneurship Program, 150 rural enterprises will be incubated over the next three years. The central government has approved Rs 10.70 crore for this initiative, aiming to transform SHGs into small and medium enterprises.
