The owner of a hotel in Malviya Nagar, Delhi, has been arrested following a massive fire that killed 21 people, including 12 foreigners. Investigation revealed that the owner, Lavkesh Bajaj, is a habitual offender who was previously arrested for providing fake passports to Bangladeshi nationals. During the fire, instead of rescuing trapped guests, Bajaj fled the scene.
