👩‍🍳किचन टिप्स👩‍🍳 - Chilli Paneer| INGREDIENTS Dry Recipe Paneer 250 gm (cubes) Salt & black pepper to taste Corn starch 1/4th cup SPICY TASTY EASY T0 MAKE Oil 3 tbsp Garlic 13-15 cloves (chopped) Ginger inch (chopped) Green chillies 7-8 nos Islitl Spring onion bulbs 5-6 stalks Onions 2 medium size Capsicum 2 medium size (diced) Spring onion greens 1/4th cup (chopped) Sugar tsp Soy sauce 2 tbsp Green chili sauce tbsp' Red chilli sauce 2 tbsp Cornflour 5 tbsp water 100 mt Salt & black pepper to taste Spring onion greens HOW TO MAKE for garnish (chopped) In a bowl; add paneer cubes, salt; black pepper and corn starcha gently and coat the paneer well Mix' Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry paneer cubes tilll Remove and keep aside . golden In the same pan add garlic ginger green chillies and TIPS spring onion bulbs Saute for 1-2 mins: Add onions and capsicum. Stir fry on high flame for Do not overcook Keep 2-3 mins them crunchy the vegetables Add sugar soy sauce green chili sauce red chilli sauce Adjust sauces and spice Mix well levels as per taste Add cornflour slurry (cornflour water), salt and black pepper Cook till the sauce thickens Serve hot with tried nice or noodes: Add fried paneer and spring onion greens (1/4th cup) Toss gently and cook for minute Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
