A major rebellion has erupted in the Trinamool Congress (TMC) as 19 out of 28 Lok Sabha MPs, including Shatrughan Sinha and Yusuf Pathan, have declared a revolt against Mamata Banerjee's leadership. Led by Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar, the rebel group has informed Speaker Om Birla about their separate faction. To avoid the anti-defection law, they plan to support the NDA from outside.
