Bhubaneswar's Khandagiri police arrested a beauty parlour owner and an employee for allegedly sexually assaulting a 25-year-old woman under the pretext of offering her a job. The victim, who was professionally trained in cosmetology, approached the Jagamara-based parlour for employment. The police sealed the premises, seized CCTV footage and incriminating evidence, and charged the accused under Section 70(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
