Three individuals, including a farmhouse owner, a JCB driver, and a security guard, were arrested and sent to jail in Dhenkanal district for illegally burying an elephant's carcass inside a farmhouse. Following an investigation by the forest department and police, the body was exhumed using a JCB in the presence of a magistrate.
