When Pavel Durov (CEO of Telegram) returned to TON, one of the first things he pointed out was finality.
As we know, in the first version of InterLink Testnet Taj Mahal, finality is around 2.3 seconds, already placing it among the top 5 in the market.
With upcoming improvements in consensus, along with parallel execution and optimized block processing, there is a strong possibility that InterLink could move into the top 1–2 blockchains globally in terms of finality performance. Researchers and engineers at @itl_fdn are continuously working on critical algorithms to push these optimizations further.
On another note, while it may seem unrelated, the InterLink App itself demonstrates significant infrastructure capability. In its early stage, TPS was around 1,000 to 2,000 transactions per second. However, during mining notifications, nearly 1 million transactions can be triggered simultaneously in the first second within the internal network, and the system is designed to handle this load effectively.
In reality, very few mining apps can sustain this level of concurrent demand. Most systems never face such synchronized spikes, and even tens of thousands TPS is already considered high. InterLink’s infrastructure team applies distributed systems design and auto scaling techniques, which can be leveraged to further enhance TPS on the InterLink Chain. ##ITL #ITLG #ITLX #INTERLINK #INTERLINKAMBASSADOR
