Navi Mumbai shipping firm owners among 8 booked for duping 75 job aspirants of Rs 1.7 cr THANE : Police have registered an FIR against eight persons, including the owners and staff of a shipping company in Navi Mumbai, for allegedly che*ating 75 persons of Rs 1.73 crore by promising them lucrative jobs, officials said on Thursday. The accused, operating through their shipping company office at Kharghar in Maharashtra's Navi Mumbai township, lured the victims with promises of high-paying jobs.
