The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has deployed 8 Rapid Action Teams (RAT) to address urban flooding and waterlogging issues. These teams, equipped with water pumps, mechanical jetting machines, and tree cutters, will operate 24/7. Each team consists of four trained personnel.
