In a major setback for TMC chief Mamata Banerjee, 20 party MPs have reportedly written to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla expressing their support for the NDA. Led by Kakoli Dastidar, the rebel group claimed their political future is more secure with the BJP-led alliance. The MPs have also requested separate seating arrangements in the House.
