The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has launched 'Project DROP' in the Lutyens Delhi area to strengthen plastic waste management through scientific collection and recycling. Partnering with Kia India and the Indian Pollution Control Association (IPCA), the initiative includes deploying special vehicles and social bins made from recycled plastic. The project aligns with national policies like Swachh Bharat and Mission LIFE, aiming for responsible plastic disposal.
