Public darshan at the Puri Jagannath Temple will remain closed for 14 hours, from Saturday 10:30 PM to Sunday 1:00 PM, due to special rituals ahead of Snana Yatra. The Snana Yatra festival is scheduled for Monday, May 29. The administration has implemented a one-way entry-exit system and deployed 79 platoons of police force along with extensive CCTV surveillance for crowd management. Daitapati servitors have already entered the temple to perform secret rituals like Bahutakanta and Senapata Lagi.
