Eight people have been arrested in Kerala for obstructing Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials and engaging in violence during a search at former CM Pinarayi Vijayan's residence. Kerala DGP Ravada A. Chandrashekhar confirmed that cases have been registered against 300 individuals under various sections of the BNS, including attempt to murder and assaulting public servants. The DGP noted that while the ED had not provided prior notice of the raid, additional police were deployed immediately after stone-pelting was reported.
