An Indian diplomat, Naren Dhar, originally from Chandigarh, was found dead inside the Indian High Commission building in Chattogram, Bangladesh. Dhar was serving as an Assistant Protocol Officer. His body was recovered from a toilet on the second floor of the old visa center.
