Rashmiranjan Swain from Mahakalapada block in Kendrapara district has secured the 66th rank in the Odisha Civil Services (OCS) examination. He achieved this success in his third attempt. The son of a farmer and deed writer, Rashmiranjan completed his graduation in Physics from Kendrapara Autonomous College before preparing for competitive exams in Bhubaneswar. He attributes his success to the blessings of his parents, family, and teachers.
