Veteran journalist Sarat Dash passed away at the age of 83 in Bhubaneswar. He died of a heart attack while undergoing treatment at SUM Ultimate Hospital. With a career spanning over 37 years, Dash was a prominent correspondent and manager for the Press Trust of India (PTI) across various major cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Cuttack, and Bhubaneswar. Known for his expertise in political journalism, his death has been mourned by the political and media fraternity.
