Today Revelation Meditation : 08/06/2026 The book of Revelation Explanation Post -226 XX 2) (1) "And the twenty-four elders, who were seated on their thrones before God, fell on their faces and worshiped God." (Revelation 11:16) Dear saints of the Lord, the loud voice declaring that the Lord Jesus Christ "will reign for ever and ever" must have truly brought immense joy to the twenty-four elders who were seated on their thrones before God. We discern in the Lord that these are the ones who partook in the first resurrection during the Lord's secret coming (the Rapture) and joined Christ. In the thousand-year reign of Christ, they will also be partakers in the governance, aligning with Him and the Bride. "And I confer on you a kingdom, just as my Father conferred one on me, so that you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom and sit on thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel." (Luke 22:29,30) "Peter answered him, 'We have left everything to follow you! What then will there be for us?' Jesus said to them, 'Truly I tell you, at the renewal of all things, when the Son of Man sits on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.'" (Matthew 19:27,28) "Your sons will take the place of your fathers; you will make them princes throughout the land." (Psalm 45:16) "Until the Ancient of Days came and judgment was given to the saints of the Most High, and the time came for the saints to possess the kingdom." (Daniel 7:22) *(Note: Contextually numbered as Daniel 7:21 in the original layout) Through all the above-mentioned scriptures of the Lord, it can be understood that among the 24 elders sitting on the thrones, twelve are the 12 apostles of King Jesus, and the remaining twelve elders are the 12 sons who are the patriarchs of the twelve tribes, serving as princes in place of their fathers; according to the word of the Lord in (Psalm 45:16). The promise of the Lord, "Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom." (Luke 12:32) is fulfilled in them. While we see in other passages of Revelation (Revelation 4:10; Revelation 5:8,14; Revelation 19:4) that these twenty-four elders fell down reverently at the feet of the God of gods and glorified Him, here in Revelation 11:16, we see them falling face down on their faces and glorifying the God of gods. Today Revelation Meditation : 03/06/2026 The book of Revelation Explanation Post -224 XX 1) "The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said: 'The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign for ever and ever.'" (Revelation 11:15) Dear saints of the Lord, we previously meditated on how there was silence in heaven for about half an hour when the seventh seal was opened, and no immediate judgment took place. (Revelation 8:1) However, we see that when the seventh angel sounded his trumpet, loud voices erupted in heaven. These voices declare that the kingdoms of this world now belong to God the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ, announcing that God will reign over the earth forever and ever. In Revelation 10:7, it is written concerning the mystery of God: "But in the days when the seventh angel is about to sound his trumpet, the mystery of godliness will be accomplished." The scriptures reveal what this divine mystery entails when the seventh trumpet sounds: "Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed—in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed." (1 Corinthians 15:51,52) These scriptures reveal the divine mysteries that are to take place when the seventh angel sounds his trumpet. Another passage illuminating the sequential events of this divine mystery states: "For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever." (1 Thessalonians 4:16,17) Through Revelation 19:6,7, we understand that this glorious event is the Wedding of the Lamb. It is with this Bride, gathered during His secret coming, that our Lord and Christ will establish and execute His millennial reign upon the earth. These biblical truths foretell the blossoming of Christ's thousand-year reign on earth. The dominion of the world was promised to the Son by God the Father from eternity. That very promise declares: "Ask me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession." (Psalm 2:8) Other prophetic scriptures confirm this physical, earthly thousand-year reign: "In the time of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will it be left to another people." (Daniel 2:44) "His kingdom is an eternal kingdom; his dominion endures from generation to generation." (Daniel 4:3) "His kingdom will not be destroyed, his dominion will never end." (Daniel 6:26) "He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all nations and peoples of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed." (Daniel 7:14) "The Lord will be king over the whole earth." (Zechariah 14:9) "Then the sovereignty, power and greatness of all the kingdoms under heaven will be handed over to the holy people of the Most High. His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all rulers will worship and obey him." (Daniel 7:27) All the above-mentioned scriptures confirm the thousand-year reign on earth. When the scripture says, "The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord," it implies that up until that specific moment, the administrative dominion was not openly manifested as Christ's. This does not mean Satan only gains control during the seven-year tribulation and great tribulation of the Antichrist. Even during the days when Christ walked the earth, Satan operated as the prince of this world. This is why he could approach Jesus and say, "I will give you all the kingdoms of the world" (Matthew 4:8,9). Jesus did not call him a liar at that moment; instead, in Matthew 12:26, He refers to it as "his kingdom." "Now is the time for judgment on this world; now the prince of this world will be driven out." (John 12:31) "I will not say much more to you, for the prince of this world is coming. He has no hold over me." (John 14:30) "And about judgment, because the prince of this world stands condemned." (John 16:11). The Holy Word teaches us that at the conclusion of the Antichrist's seven-year rule, Christ's appearance will initiate His thousand-year reign. At that time, the beast and the false prophet will be thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur. The dragon (Satan) will be bound with a chain, cast into the Abyss, locked, and sealed until the thousand years are over. According to God's divine plan, when the thousand-year reign of Jesus concludes, Satan will be released from the Abyss to deceive the earth for a short season. Finally, at the Lord's second coming, Satan's dominion will be utterly consumed by fire from heaven, and he will be cast into the lake of fire—the second death—to face eternal torment. "Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and your dominion endures through all generations." (Psalm 145:13) "I praised the Most High; I honored and glorified him who lives forever. His dominion is an eternal dominion; his kingdom endures from generation to generation." (Daniel 4:34) "He will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; his kingdom will never end." (Luke 1:33) Following these events, after the Great White Throne Judgment of Christ, the King will say to those on His right, "Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world" (Matthew 25:34; Luke 13:28; Matthew 13:43). These scriptures announce the eternal kingdom, which is the Kingdom of God. In this passage, instead of using the singular word "kingdom," the Holy Spirit purposefully uses the plural forms "kingdoms of the world" and "kingdoms of Christ." The reason behind this is that during Jesus Christ's millennial reign, although Jerusalem will serve as the global capital, the world will still comprise various distinct nations, countries, and administrative territories. Christ will rule over all of them as the King of kings and Lord of lords. Therefore, the Holy Spirit lovingly guided the penmen to record them as "kingdoms of the world" and "kingdoms of Christ." (Revelation 11:14) Dear holy people of the Lord, "As I watched, I heard an eagle that was flying in midair call out in a loud voice: 'Woe! Woe! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth, because of the trumpet blasts about to be sounded by the other three angels!'" (Revelation 8:13). According to this verse, we can understand that the angel flying in midair warns that three great woes will come upon the earth when the last three trumpets are sounded. According to Revelation 9:1-11, we can see that severe torments occur for five months through locusts like scorpions. According to Revelation 9:13-21, we can see severe deaths and massive destruction on the earth for twelve months through horses of fire. Today Revelation Meditation : 30/05/2026 The book of Revelation Explanation Post -222 XIX) 3) "At that very hour there was a severe earthquake and a tenth of the city collapsed. Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the survivors were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven." (Revelation 11:13) Beloved saints of the Lord, we learn that when the sixth seal was opened, "there was a great earthquake" (Revelation 6:12). According to Revelation 9:13, when the sixth trumpet sounded, we read that a voice came "from the four horns" of the golden altar. We can also understand from Revelation 16:18 that during the days when the seventh angel poured out the bowl of God’s wrath, "there was a severe earthquake." Although these three judgments originating from God are distinct from one another, they appear to be interconnected. We can read in Revelation 11:8 that because the city of Jerusalem was responsible for the murder of the two witnesses clothed in sackcloth, it was figuratively called Sodom and Egypt. Therefore, God punishes the city of Jerusalem. A tenth of the city collapses due to the earthquake. (We know that ten is a number of completeness, as seen in the Ten Commandments, the ten plagues, the ten virgins, and the ten righteous men). As a result, seven thousand people perish. The same God who said in the days of Elijah, "I reserve seven thousand in Israel—all whose knees have not bowed down to Baal and whose mouths have not kissed him" (1 Kings 19:18), here kills exactly seven thousand people. The number of the remaining survivors in Jerusalem is not mentioned. Those who witnessed the earthquake and the deaths of the people were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven. The title "God of heaven" is used in the Book of Revelation only in this verse and in Revelation 16:11. They must have been convicted as a result of the two witnesses being murdered, shedding their blood, and dying, and because God acknowledged their death by taking them up to heaven. They might have glorified God as a result of recognizing and understanding who the true God is. However, just because they recognized God’s power, it cannot be accepted that they were saved. This is because the Lord God has said nothing about them experiencing conviction of sin, confessing it, and receiving forgiveness for their sins. Satan also knows the true God and His power, but that did not bring him salvation. Salvation is obtained only when a person completely surrenders their life and soul to God. Today Revelation Meditation : 28/05/2026 The book of Revelation Explanation Post -221 XIX 1. 6) "Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, 'Come up here.' And they went up to heaven in a cloud, while their enemies looked on." (Rev 11:12) Beloved saints of the Lord, according to this verse, the two witnesses who stood on their feet are waiting for the call from heaven to "Come up here." "And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, 'Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this.' At once I was in the Spirit..." (Rev 4:1,2) According to this holy word of the Lord, we can understand that John the Divine entered heaven in the Spirit only after receiving this voice of invitation. Through the above-mentioned verses, it is not explicitly stated whose voice it is. However, according to the verse, "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last" (Rev 1:11), we conclude that it is indeed the voice of God. As soon as they hear the voice, these two ascend to heaven in a cloud. Their enemies will watch them with anguish through television sets and mobile phones across the world. "For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever." (I Thess 4:16,17) According to these verses, we understand that the Bride, the Church, waiting for Jesus the Bridegroom, will be caught up in the clouds in the air as mentioned above. "In a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet... we will be changed." (I Cor 15:51,52) According to this holy word of the Lord, this will be an event that happens suddenly, in a minute, in the twinkling of an eye, unseen by anyone. Unexpectedly, our bodies will be transformed from glory to glory, changing in form and vanishing from the eyes of human beings. The clothes, wristwatches, and glasses they wore will all drop off. The divine glory they receive will be worn by them as their glorious garment, the garment of salvation. No one can see them joining Jesus the Bridegroom in the air during the secret coming, which is the Wedding Supper of the Lamb. Since the time these witnesses are taken up is the time when the seventh angel sounds the trumpet, they too participate in the first resurrection of the saints who died in the Lord, joining Jesus the Bridegroom in His secret coming. "After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight." (Acts 1:9) "As they were walking along and talking together, suddenly a chariot of fire and horses of fire appeared and separated the two of them, and Elijah went up to heaven in a whirlwind." (2 Kings 2:11) According to these holy words of the Lord, we can understand that God established the event of Elijah being taken up as a prophetic forerunner to show that the Bride, the Church, will be transformed in glory to be caught up and united with the Bridegroom.
