Thanks for sharing. Since you don’t have Wi-Fi, no mobile data, no cyber café, no friend or relative nearby, here's what you can still do — your options are very limited, but not impossible.

🚫 Situation:
No internet (Wi-Fi or mobile)
No one nearby to help
You want to install or fix Windows 10

✅ Only Working Option: Use Your Android Phone's Mobile Data
Even if you don’t have Wi-Fi, do you have mobile data on your phone?
If yes, you can:
🔹 Step 1: Use Mobile to Download Windows 10 ISO #technology)
1. On the same site, turn on Desktop Mode in your mobile browser.
2. You will now see options like:
Select edition → Choose Windows 10
Then choose language and bit (usually 64-bit)
3. Direct download link will appear → Download ISO (around 5.5 GB)
> 💡 Keep your phone on charge and use a reliable file manager.
---
🔹 Step 3: Transfer ISO to PC
Once ISO is downloaded on your phone:
1. Use USB cable to connect phone to PC.
2. Turn on File Transfer (MTP) mode.
3. Copy the ISO to PC.
---
🔹 Step 4: Make Bootable USB (on PC)
1. Download Rufus from another device (you can’t do this part without internet).
2. OR tell me your Windows version on the PC (if it still boots), and I’ll guide you to make a bootable USB without Rufus.
---
❓ Don't have mobile data either?
Then sadly, you cannot download the ISO at all until you get access to any kind of internet connection — even 1 GB per day plan is enough to download over a few days.
