Special Arrangements Made to Protect Deer from Heat in Udhampur Special arrangements have been made in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir for the care and protection of deer. The administration and the Wildlife Department are ensuring a safe environment along with proper food and water facilities for the animals.
