🚨 Tragedy in Krishnagiri: Family Suicide Attempt Leaves 2 Dead A heartbreaking incident unfolded at the KRP Dam in Krishnagiri, where four members of the same family attempted suicide by jumping into the water. Sadly, two of them lost their lives. 🔹 The family, identified as Lakshmana Moorthy (50), his wife Jyothi (40), their daughter Krithika (20), and Jyothi’s mother Saradhamma (75), had reportedly traveled from Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh. 🔹 Suddenly, in a shocking turn of events, all four jumped into the water one after another. 🔹 Local fishermen nearby noticed and bravely jumped in to rescue them. Jyothi and Krithika were saved, while Lakshmana Moorthy and Saradhamma drowned. Police from the KRP Dam station rushed to the spot and sent the survivors to Krishnagiri Government Hospital for treatment. The bodies of the deceased were sent for postmortem examination. 🔍 Initial investigations suggest family disputes may have led to this extreme step.
