இந்நிலையில், இம்மாதம் 7-ஆம் தேதி நீதிமன்றம் விதித்த நிபந்தனைகளின் பேரில், யானைகளை மீண்டும் மடத்திடம் ஒப்படைக்க உத்தரவிட்டது. இதன்படி, திருச்சியிலிருந்து கொண்டு வரப்பட்ட 3 யானைகளும் காஞ்சிபுரம் அருகே கோனேரிக்குப்பத்தில் புதிதாக அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள ஸ்ரீ மடத்தின் கஜசாலையில் பராமரிக்கப்பட உள்ளன.
