Shri Lakshman Singh, Managing Director, K-RIDE, distributed Social Security Term Insurance Certificates & extended Social Security benefits to project-affected persons (PAPs), slum dwellers, squatters and the workforce during an Orientation Programme on Skill Development. This Orientation Prog on Skill Dev and Livelihood Restoration was held today at Yeshwantapur. The PAPs have been linked to PMJDY, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, providing insurance coverage of up to ₹6 lakh per person. The prog featured resource persons from RUDSETI, who oriented the participants on various skill development and entrepreneurship opportunities in which they can enroll and how KRIDE can support in it further as part of RAP Implementation. #kride

Shri Lakshman Singh, MD, K-RIDE today, inspected the ongoing works on Corridor-4/ Kanaka Line of BSRP starting from Channasandra (BSRP Ch. 24+400) to Horamavu station (BSRP Ch. 26+075). #kride MD, reviewed the land acquisition requirement during the inspection and directed the land team to complete the remaining land acquisition at the earliest. Shri Lakshman Singh, MD, K-RIDE took stock of the ongoing works at Horamavu Station in Corridor-4 and instructed the Contractor to immediately take up the Station construction activities.

In line with its motto of Citizen-Centric Urban Mobility, K-RIDE participated in the Bengaluru Mobility Federation Stakeholders’ Workshop, engaging with citizens and mobility experts on integrated urban transport solutions. Dr. Narendra, GM (Design & Planning), briefed participants on the progress of BSRP Corridor-2 and its stations, followed by an interactive Q&A session addressing citizen queries. #BSRP #KRIDE #kride
