#📒 मेरी डायरी Respected sir just newly Nagar Palika Parishad Balrampur has been disposed my public grievance but it is arbitrary and devoid of ground fact therefore it has been become an essential to lodge a second grievance against this disposal. I have to say here that there are several developmental programs are being run to make Balrampur town smart City. I had requested to Nagar Palika Parishad Balrampur that Burhwa Talab has no edges and it has not any overflow point to draw water in rainy season. To draw water by pumping sets is not a permanent solution. There are so many Talab in Balrampur town and those have overflow points also but I have sorry to say this Talab has not any overflow point. Please direct to concern authorities to make a overflow point to draw water from this Burhwa Talab as permanent solution of this issue.
आदरणीय महोदय, हाल ही में नगर पालिका परिषद बलरामपुर ने मेरी जन शिकायत का निपटारा किया है, लेकिन यह निपटारा मनमाना है और तथ्यों से परे है; इसलिए, इस निपटारे के विरुद्ध दूसरी शिकायत दर्ज करना अत्यंत आवश्यक हो गया है। मैं यहाँ यह बताना चाहता हूँ कि बलरामपुर शहर को 'स्मार्ट सिटी' बनाने के लिए कई विकास कार्यक्रम चलाए जा रहे हैं। मैंने नगर पालिका परिषद बलरामपुर से अनुरोध किया था कि 'बुढ़वा तालाब' के किनारे (मेड़) नहीं हैं और इसमें वर्षा ऋतु में पानी की निकासी के लिए कोई 'ओवरफ्लो पॉइंट' भी नहीं है। पंपिंग सेट के माध्यम से पानी निकालना कोई स्थायी समाधान नहीं है। बलरामपुर शहर में ऐसे कई तालाब हैं जिनमें ओवरफ्लो पॉइंट भी मौजूद हैं, लेकिन मुझे खेद के साथ कहना पड़ रहा है कि इस तालाब में कोई ओवरफ्लो पॉइंट नहीं है। कृपया संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दें कि वे इस समस्या के स्थायी समाधान के रूप में, बुढ़वा तालाब से पानी की निकासी के लिए एक ओवरफ्लो पॉइंट का निर्माण करवाएं।
