❤️जीवन की सीख - HOUSEKEEPING S.O.Ps (Standard Operating Procedures) Housekeeping S.O.Ps are guidelines that outline the tasks;| and protocols for maintaining cleanliness and organization in hotel or hospitality setting a 1) Entering a guest room: Knock 3 times and announce "Housekeeping . key If there is no reply enter with caution using the master 2) Room cleaning SOPs: Open curtains and windows for ventilation. Collect trash and replace bins liners | Remove used linen and towels- send to laundry Make the bed neatly with fresh linen Dust furniture lamps and fixtures Clean windows and glass surfaces Vacuum carpets mop floor Replenish amenities (soap shampoo, tealcoffee water' bottles) Final check: switch off the lights, set room temperature and close curtains 3) Bathroom Cleaning SOPs: Wear gloves Flush the toilet before cleaning. Apply disinfectant to the sink, toilet and shower area Scrub and rinse thoroughly Dry the floor and Replace towels bath mates and toiletries make sure its slip free Any guest items found must be 4) Lost and found SOPs: reported to the supervisor Record in Lost and Found register with date, room number and description. 5) Safety and Health SOPs: Always use PPE gloves, masks). Practice proper handling of cleaning chemicals. Handle guests belongings with care Report all maintenance immediately.
