Every stretch is not meant for every pain ⚠️🧘‍♀️ In this video, I’ve explained how different postures help different types of pain — only when done correctly and for the right reason. • Cobra Pose – helps when lower back stiffness is due to weak or tight muscles • Camel Pose – beneficial for posture-related back pain and chest tightness • Figure Four Stretch – effective for hip tightness, glute pain, and sciatica • Elevated Legs – reduces leg fatigue, swelling, and pressure on the lower back ⚠️ Be aware: Any stretch can either relieve your pain or increase it. Before practicing, first understand what type of pain you have and its root cause. Wrong posture or wrong stretch for the wrong pain can make things worse. Practice mindfully. Listen to your body.
