Onion Tomato Mint Chutney 🌿🍅🧅 #👩🏼‍🍳 சமையல் குறிப்பு வீடியோஸ் #🍱சண்டே சமையல் #🍛மதிய உணவு #🍳Summer ஸ்பெஷல் ரெசிபி #🍱லஞ்ச் பாக்ஸ் ரெசிபி Ingredients • Oil – 2 tablespoons • Mustard seeds – 1 tablespoon • Urad dal – 1 tablespoon • Garlic – 3 cloves • Ginger – a small piece • Kashmiri red chillies – 3 • Onion – 1 (chopped) • Tomatoes – 2 (chopped) • Salt – to taste • Turmeric powder – a pinch • Tamarind – small-sized piece • Mint leaves – 2 handfuls + 1 handful For Tempering • Oil – as needed • Mustard seeds – 1 tablespoon • Urad dal – 1 tablespoon • Dry red chillies – 2 • Curry leaves – few ⸻ Method 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. 2. Add mustard seeds and urad dal; let them splutter. 3. Add garlic, ginger, and Kashmiri red chillies. Sauté well. 4. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft. 5. Add tomatoes, salt, and turmeric powder. Sauté until mushy. 6. Add tamarind and mix well. 7. Add mint leaves and sauté for just 1 minute. Switch off the flame. 8. Allow it to cool, then grind into a smooth paste. 9. Heat oil in another pan for tempering. 10. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, dry red chillies, and curry leaves. 11. Pour the tempering over the chutney and mix well. 🍽️ Serve hot with Idli or Dosa.
