This mouth-watering kofta recipe
1. 500 grams jackfruit (कटहल)boil and grind
2.100 gram flour 50 gram corn flour
3.Salt to taste .Pepper. Turmeric powder. Coriander powder .Cumin .garam masala .Kasuri methi. Kashmiri red chilli powder Chaat Masala
Mix everything well and make small dumplings.
For the gravy
1. Paste of four large tomatoes
2.The same spices that we had added to the pakodas, we will add the same spices in this as well. Add salt carefully because we have added salt in the pakodas as well.
3.Fry tomatoes and spices with cumin seeds, fenugreek and coriander seeds in oil on low flame. When the spices are well cooked, add 500 ml water to it. After boiling the water, add pakodas and salt, kasari fenugreek and half a teaspoon.
