GARLIC MUTTON/POONDU KARI VARUVAL Fried coconut Fresh coconut-1cup Dry red chilli -4 Fresh curry leaves -1/4cup 🍃Fry the coconut, chilli,curry leaves in Dry kadai,,keep the flame at low then fry it well,,coconut will become Dry at that time off the flame,,the let it cool. 🍃After some time add this fried items in mixer jar the pulse it for 3 times which will be enough. 🍃You can add this FRIED COCONUT for any veg or non veg curries.
