Padma Shri Voice for Peace and KP Return   Padma Shri awardee Brij Lal Bhat, an Unsung Hero from the Kashmiri Pandit community, has emerged as a strong voice for peace, reconciliation, and the return of Kashmiri Pandits to the Valley. Having served in Kashmir during the peak militancy years, Bhat believes the Valley is witnessing “rays of positivity” today. He has urged the Centre and the J&K government to formulate a comprehensive, consultative rehabilitation policy for Kashmiri Pandits.
