PoJK Health Staff Protest Over Pending Dues Health department employees in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir went on strike recently at the Abbas Institute of Medical Sciences in Muzaffarabad over long-pending demands for allowances which they claimed have been halted. The protesters said their Charter of Demands is clear and needs immediate implementation. Due to the protest, OPD services were temporarily shut, causing inconvenience to patients.
