#ram Bhawan (50), a former junior engineer in the UP waterworks (#jalkal /#irrigation) department, and his wife #Durgawati (47) #sexually abused 33 minor boys over a decade. They recorded videos and photos of the assaults and sold them on the dark web to buyers in as many as 47 #countries. The boys, some as young as 3, were lured with gifts, access to online video games, money, and chocolates. A special #POCSO court in #Banda, #Uttar Pradesh, sentenced the couple to death in this "rarest of rare" case on February 2026.
