Carbs alone are not the full problem…
but carbs + excess oil = double damage.
I noticed this myself —
same carbs, but when oil was higher,
my sugar spiked more and stayed high longer.
Simple logic:
Excess oil → insulin resistance ↑
Carbs → bigger & longer spike
Now in simple words:
Carbs अकेले उतनी problem नहीं करते…
लेकिन carbs + ज्यादा तेल = double damage.
मैंने खुद देखा —
same carbs, लेकिन जब oil ज्यादा था,
sugar spike ज्यादा आया और देर तक high रहा.
यही combo diabetes control को मुश्किल बनाता है.
