Women in Rajouri becoming self-reliant through skill training In Bathuni village of Rajouri district in Jammu & Kashmir, JKRSETI is organizing various skill development training programs for women. As part of this initiative, a special jute bag-making training program is currently underway. The 14-day training program has around 35 women participants. Held at Panchayat Bathuni, the course teaches trainees to create eco-friendly products such as shopping bags, mobile covers, bottle covers, tiffin covers, and pencil pouches. Due to the ban on polythene, the demand for jute products has increased significantly, making this training even more relevant.
